The professional development activities organized and sponsored by the Academy are the outgrowth of
an Annual Needs Assessment Survey. A Steering Committee comprised of Directors of Special Services
from some of the member districts provide insight and direction into the planning of our professional
seminars. Membership of the Steering Committee is voluntary.
